zohooronline.com packages your flowers to ensure that your flowers will arrive safe & fresh. All arrangements outside of the vender city are packed in high strength boxes, with measures to keep your flowers in a great condition.

Deliveries inside the vender city are made by hand, meaning that someone will deliver the flowers and take special care of your flowers. Orders outside the vender city are delivered NEXT DAY in the morning via courier. Flowers are usually fitted to remain live and healthy.
Delivery for other gifts are also packed to ensure safety of the items shipped.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, zohooronline.com will attempt another trial NEXT DAY. If the recipient is still not available, the items will be left at zohooronline.com vender, and the recipient will have to collect it up within a week. zohooronline.com will not be responsible for the condition of the flowers or items ordered after the second delivery attempt, and the items will not be replaced.

We care that the items you have order via zohooronline.com would be delivered in the best shape and condition possible. zohooronline.com will replace any item damaged before being delivered by the recipient only, upon a desicion made by the zohooronline.com vender (after examining the problem.) zohooronline.com reserves the right to deny compensation.
